Teachers have the ability to switch student accounts on and off. This option can be found on the Student Page. In the student list, the State Status is towards the right of each student's name. Press the State Switch to activate or disable a student account.

If a student's account is deactivated, they will receive the following warning when logging in, "Your access has been terminated. Please contact your organization." We recommend the student reaches out to their teacher to have their account activated.

When an education account has exceeded the number of allowed users, some student accounts will automatically be switched to the deactivated state. If you believe this is an error, please contact us at [email protected].
